RENT COLLECTION AND ACCOUNTING SERVICES
Each month, our property owners receive a report on the operation of their property. The report will vary in length, depending on the size and type of property. Our goal is to give each property owner a clear understanding of the property's operation.
Cash Flow Statement: Shows the current month operation data, as well as the year-to-date data. All items are broken down in an "easy to read" format to summarized all of the cash transactions.
Transaction Register: Shows all income received and any checks written on behalf of the property owner.
Expense Invoices: We attach the original copy of any invoice that we pay on the property owner's behalf.
Year-End Reporting: Each client receives a Year End Statement and a IRS Form 1099 for the year's operation. It is ready for your tax preparer.
Vendor 1099 Report and Filing: We file any necessary Form 1099 for vendors that haver performed work on your property.
